Quantifying the gap (%);
Analyzing the variance (Error, Mistake, Flaw, Defect, Fault) analysis;
Brain Storming on Corrective & Preventive Measures;
Monitoring the KRAs (Key Result Areas) / KPAs (Key Performance Areas) of Team Members.

 

Closing the loop between "Real Capabilities" & "Required Operational Systems":

Collecting the transactional data (Morning & Evening) to determine the "NEW NORMAL";

Responding to change requisitions as they come in / arose, on daily basis.

i.e. enablement of Extreme Programming / Concurrent Engineering.

 

 

Building the Know-how (KM)
1.Developing the Project’s Business Intelligence;
2.Identifying the project functionary's strengths;
3.Distributing the "Achievement rewards" over KRAs (Key Result Areas);
4.Announcing the encouragement awards over KPAs (Key Performance Areas);
6.Update the prospects / clients on progress;
7.Gain their confidence;
8. Ascertain the satisfaction of Management (Sponsor);
